The Vienna Danube Island Festival, known as Donauinselfest, is one of Europe's most significant open-air festivals that draws about 3 million visitors annually to the scenic Danube Island in Vienna at the end of June. The festival kicks off on Friday, June 21, with a packed schedule of activities running from 11:30 am until midnight. Saturday, June 22, promises another exciting day, starting at noon and continuing until 12:30 am. At the core of Donauinselfest lies three days of non-stop music spread across an impressive 4.5 km stretch on 14 stages. The main stage hosts headline acts, while others feature diverse genres.
