Kicking off on Friday, participants can tee off at the Golf Outing or gather for a friendly Welcome Hot Dog Roast.
Saturday
The festival starts at 9:00 am on Saturday with a Double-take Parade along Ravenna Road. Twins, adorned in creative costumes, along with musicians and floats from around the world, march through downtown. Following the parade, the Cornhole Tournament kicks off, accompanied by a full day of entertainment. Twins can showcase their talents in contests and the Twins Talent Show, featuring singing, dancing, comedy, and a few surprises each year. Additionally, a poignant Twinless Twins Remembrance Luminary Lighting honors those who are absent. The evening reaches its peak with a spectacular fireworks display.
Sunday
Sunday continues the fun with more entertainment, contests, and the Twins Volleyball Tournament, concluding with the Twingo Fun Bingo for a memorable weekend of togetherness and camaraderie. A Royal Court is crowned each year at the Twins Days Festival to reign over the festivities. This prestigious honor is reserved exclusively for twins, but it welcomes all sets regardless of whether they are identical or fraternal.
Twins Day 5K for Empower Sports (August 4, 2024)
The Twins Days 5K Fun Run & Walk is set to kick off Sunday morning at Dodge Intermediate School, conveniently located across the street from the festival site. This event promotes fitness and raises funds for a worthy cause. Children can join the fun with a kids’ “fun run” of just under ¼ mile on the track. As part of the Ohio Challenge Series, a series of races in the Northeast Ohio area, this event attracts participants from all around. Race day registration starts at 7:15 am at the pavilion near the entrance to the Center Valley Park trail, situated on the eastern edge of the Dodge Intermediate School parking lot. The race officially begins at 8:30 am, welcoming walkers and strollers to join in the excitement.

For twins who wish to participate in contests and events, there is a registration fee of $25. The general admission gate fee for the Twins Days Festival in Twinsburg, Ohio, is $5 per person. Children aged five years and younger can enter for free. Residents of Twinsburg can enjoy free admission to the Twins Days Festival. The festival is held at Glenn Chamberlin Park in Twinsburg, Ohio. History of the Twins Days Fest
Twins Days was inspired by Moses and Aaron Wilcox, who lived in Ohio in the 19th century. In 1819, they founded Twinsburg. The festival was initiated in the 1970s by a group of locals, based on a concept by Dennis Casamatta, and included Ray Diersing, who has twin daughters. Every year, the festival has a different theme like “Home For The Holidays,” “Two-Player Mode,” “Twinsfinity and Beyond!” – Outer Space, “Times 2 Remember,” and “Twinstock” – Late 60’s, Early 70s Era. Many scientists are attracted to the festival, seeing an opportunity to conduct voluntary twin studies. The event attracts twins from all sorts of places like Brazil, Australia, Ghana, Nigeria, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, France, Italy, England, Belgium, Germany, India, Japan, and China.
